The Jay Hurt Hub for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Davidson College in partnership with the Town of Davidson, is excited to announce the launch of "Amplify Davidson," a collaborative community initiative aimed to support the growth of Davidson small businesses and equip residents to thrive as entrepreneurs.
Amplify Davidson offers a multifaceted approach to further the growth of local small businesses. The initiative's core strategies include skills-based educational programming, access to top-tier business consulting, and a commitment to providing underrepresented business owners with subsidized talent.
"Our goal is to amplify the success of our local businesses and entrepreneurs," said Liz Brigham, W. Spencer Mitchem ‘59 Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Hurt Hub. "We believe that by equipping our small businesses with essential skills and resources and fostering a collaborative culture around entrepreneurship, we can create a thriving and resilient community."
