Clark Row - Conditional Map Amendment

Project Status

This project is tracking towards a conditional map amendment. A formal application has not yet been submitted. 

On Monday, September 18, 2023, the project team and staff hosted a Community Meeting from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30pm at Town Hall with about 75 attendees. Participants asked questions about the current condition of storefronts, proposed building design, addition height, proposed uses, and parking. Most of the discussion centered on building height/scale and the lack of parking in the downtown core. A summary of the topics discussed can be found in the Community Meeting Report under the "documents" tab below.

The Davidson Historic Preservation Commission will provide informal feedback on the project at their February 21, 2024 regular meeting. No decisions will be made. See www.townofdavidson.org/HPC for additional information.
