Project Status

The master plan application was denied on April 17, 2020 due to outstanding issues. Crescent Acquisitions, LLC has appealed the town's decision to the Board of Adjustment. Please see the Davidson Board of Adjustment webpage for more information.

Recent Update

April 2019:  The court ordered that town staff fulfill the project’s outstanding process requirements as soon as possible. This included receiving comments from the Planning Board (April 29, 2019) and holding a Public Input Session (May 2, 2019).

March/April 2020:  The project team submitted revised documents in late March. Mecklenburg County and Town of Davidson staff reviewed the documents. See the Documents tab for a copy of the most recent plans, dated 3/24/2020. On April 17, 2020 Town of Davidson staff denied the master plan application due to outstanding issues.
