The Town of Davidson partners with Cornelius and Huntersville to offer a Therapeutic Recreation Program.
The purpose of the program is to provide therapeutic recreation services for individuals who have disabilities. The program aims to help participants develop social, leisure, and communication skills in a fun and accepting environment. Examples of services included in the program include summer camps, Paralympic sports, and group camping opportunities at Fisher Farm.
