Citizens Invited to ReadDavidson Lecture Tomorrow
Please join us to hear a lecture by Tony Abbott entitled “Lee Smith, Zelda Fitzgerald, and Guests on Earth: A Biographical Approach to the Novel” on September 30 at 4:00 p.m. at The Pines at Davidson's Davidson Room, 400 Avinger Lane.

ReadDavidson announces Guests on Earth by award-winning Southern author Lee Smith as its 2015 selection. Guests on Earth is set at Highland Mental Hospital in Asheville, N.C., during the years 1936-1948, the year of the terrible fire in which Zelda Fitzgerald perished along with eight other female patients in a locked ward on the top floor.
