Davidson Police Department Creates
Video Message on Crime Prevention

The Davidson Police Department released a video message for community members to encourage crime prevention techniques.
 
“Your unlocked car puts you, your family, and your property at risk,” said Chief Penny Dunn.
 
Please:

• Lock vehicles parked in your driveway or on the street, after removing all valuables--especially firearms,
• Secure vehicles in a garage, if possible, and remove the keys,
• Lock access doors to your garage, and
• Lock your house doors.

• Removing mail from your mailbox daily,
• Opening a Post Office Box or using a local UPS drop location for packages, and
• Stopping mail delivery when you will be out of town.
