This new topic on Open Town Hall asks: “Which book should we select for ReadDavidson 2017?”
ReadDavidson is a town-wide initiative organized by a group of avid readers, Main Street Books, the Davidson Public Library, and the Town of Davidson. Since 2007, books have been chosen annually, and book-related events have been planned to make each book come to life. A book is selected each year and citizens are invited to participate in programs and events. All events are free and open to the public.
Citizens can access Open Town Hall directly by going to www.townofdavidson.org/OpenTownHall or by clicking the green “Open Town Hall” icon in the center right of the town homepage at www.townofdavidson.org. Once on the Open Town Hall page, citizens can read what others are saying about the topic and share their opinions. Residents can join the discussion by logging in with an email address. After receiving an activation email from Peak Democracy, citizens can choose whether to give their feedback anonymously or with their full names posted.
