The board directed staff to continue discussions with the Ada Jenkins Center Hope to Home Program, explore options for renting versus sale of the homes, and to complete renovations for the house at 145 Mock Road with payment in lieu funds. Staff will also proceed with transitioning the current affordable housing committee to a standing appointed citizen board beginning with the annual cycle that starts this fall and also consider broadening the scope of this board to include equity and inclusion.
