Saussy Burbank proposes to develop this three-acre site to accommodate the construction of a high-quality, residential community of 30 single family homes and two duplexes (totaling 34 units) located along Davidson Gateway Drive. This development will fill in a current undeveloped lot that includes a mix of partially graded areas and existing trees. The development will also provide public open space including a park, seating areas, and walking trails.
We’d like to hear your feedback on the plans. You are invited to attend a public input session on January 29, 2020 from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. at Davidson Town Hall, 216 South Main Street, Davidson, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting is to review the master plan and solicit feedback. An overview presentation by the project team will occur at 5:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., with time allotted for questions and viewing the plans in an open house format after each event.
