Special Events Permit & Application


The Town of Davidson’s outdoor special events policy and permit application will facilitate advance planning, coordinate scheduling, and arrange appropriate town services and operations in a timely manner.

Event planners must secure a Special Events Permit Application three months in advance of the event date.

Event planners are required to pay a $20 non-refundable application fee and may be required to pay a deposit.
