The Davidson Board of Commissioners approved a master plan amendment for Villages of South Main at their 3/26/19 Regular Meeting. The approval allows a reduction in the number of townhome units for lots facing South Main Street. The previously approved plan allowed for two four-unit townhome buildings along South Main Street. The amended plan allows for two three-unit townhome buildings along South Main Street. The amended plan may be accessed under the documents tab below.
