You will be asked to wash and/or sanitize your hands. Please arrive early to allow for check-in time. Procedures more specific to each classwill be emailed to you the week prior.

Social Distancing Requirement: NCDHHS requires 6’ social distancing as much as possible. Therefore, we ask you discuss the importance of social distancing.

Cloth Face Covering: The Town of Davidson and the Parks and Recreation Department strongly encourage the wearing of a face covering that covers both the mouth and nose at all times. Town staff are required to wear cloth face coverings at all times. Our local business partners will wear face covering during check-in/out procedures and during times when they are unable to maintain 6’ social distancing. During phase 2, indoor camps will require everyone to wear masks. This will be reassessed during phase 3. participants must be able to reliably put on and take off their own masks as staff will not be able to assist.

Disinfecting: All tables, chairs, and equipment will be disinfected prior to each camp with an EPA-approved disinfectant. All staff and instructors will wash their hands or apply sanitizer throughout camp.

Refunds: Due to the surreal time that we are in, our refund policy has changed. If you miss class due to COVID you will receive a full refund for time missed. All other aspects of our refund policy remain in place. To request a refund, please email,

We will revisit some of these changes, as necessary. We know you may have questions and we are here to answer them for you. Please reach us directly at
