How do I download it?

For Apple devices:

  • Go to the App Store and search for "CivicMobile" (not "CivicMobile Preview" or "CivicMobile Demo")
  • Search for Davidson, NC

Mobile App I-phone

For Android devices:

  • Go to Google Play and search for "Town of Davidson"Mobile App Android phone

There's no need to sign in.  Just click "Do Not Show This Again" and then click "Cancel."

SeeClickFix is a module that enables residents to log public services requests. It collects requests, distributes them to appropriate staff, allows staff to enter the requests into a work flow queue, and communicates the status of the requests back to residents in a centralized way.

It also handles requests for code enforcement, public works, police, and fire departments. Residents can upload a photo of a problem, the system automatically pins a location on a map (or the user can drag a pin on the map), and submits a report to the appropriate town staff member.

SeeClickFix enables staff to manage requests from anywhere and respond based on location and urgency.
