Earth Day is celebrated annually around the world on April 22.
To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day, the Town of Davidson is partnering with the Davidson Lands Conservancy to put together a family friendly event to run in conjunction with the town’s annual Art on the Green event and the downtown Farmers Market. The event will take place in historic downtown Davidson and will include students from Davidson College and other schools in the area, local businesses, and a cross section of community organizations.
Join the Town of Davidson for an Earth Day Festival on the Davidson town green on Saturday April 25 (10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.).
The 2020 Earth Day Festival will feature:
The Davidson Parks & Recreation vehicle, the ELF (Electric, Light, Fun), will be on display
