  • A Public Input Session was Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Summers Walk Clubhouse, located at 17240 Summers Walk Blvd, Davidson, NC 28036. The purpose of the meeting was to review the master plan and solicit feedback. An overview presentation was provided by the project team at 5:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., with time allotted for questions and viewing the plans in an open house format after each event. Staff was also be present to answer questions.The next step is for the project team to submit a Public Input Session Report based on the feedback received. 
  • On February 7, 2019 a complete master plan application was submitted and is currently under review by the Town of Davidson and Mecklenburg County.
